Here is a reminder for you to please get updated information on all past and present employees, and all subcontractors. Please call us at 470-627-5560 and request a blank W-4 for employees and a W-9 for subcontractors. It's also a good time to verify that you have current insurance certificates on all subcontractors. To ensure a smooth start to 2024, we kindly ask that all updated information is sent to us as soon as possible. Thank you for making 2023 an outstanding bookkeeping year and we wish everyone a prosperous 2024.
Also, one more important fact. A TAX EXTENSION is not an extension on payment time if you owe taxes. A TAX EXTENSION is an extension for the FILING TIME only. If you ask for an extension and you owe money, the money owed will still accrue interest to the state or federal government until you file your taxes and pay money that is owed.
